UNM Events at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque is here to help you plan conferences, seminars, training sessions, workshops and many other events. The University of New Mexico is located along Historic Route 66, just two miles east of downtown and Old Town. It is built in a Pueblo Revival style, on a 640 acre campus. Traveling by plane, train or automobile, the University's central location is accessible from all directions. Albuquerque is the largest metropolis in New Mexico, nestled 5,600 feet above sea level, between the Rio Grande and the 11,000 foot high Sandia Mountains.
